Day 3: Yeh Liu, Jiu Fen and Keelung Miao Kou Night Market

We were greeted with a sunny weather on Day 3 of our trip, which brought us a big smile to our faces. We took a slow walk from our hotel to the Taipei Intercity Bus Terminal to board a Kuo Kuang bus to Yeh Liu. After slightly more than an hour, we reached Yeh Liu. We headed straight to the Yeh Liu GeoPark, where the scenery was awesome.

It was a shame that the section of Queen's Head was under renovation and we only managed to take a picture with it at the common display area.

After being out in the sunny weather, the cooling 'Dan Zhu Shui' was a great thirst quencher.

We took the Keelung bus back to Keelung, before transiting for another bus to Jiu Fen. It was an old quaint gold mining town. Blessed with good weather, we got a good and clear aerial view.

At night, we stopped by the Keelung Miaokou Night Market for more food. Glad that it wasn't as crowded compared to the Shih Lin Night Market.
